When you sign the contract you pay the initial deposit. Once your store goes live recurring payments will be initiated.

Hardware purchases through Greenline require payment in advance to ensure delivery. You can choose to source your own hardware.

To start, all long-term contracts with us, beyond the initial 1-year term, are optional; however, signing a contract will provide your store with a 1-month discount. If you have 10-25+ stores contact us for a custom plan.

We have had clients get trained and onboarded within 2 days. Generally, our development team will transfer any existing customer information into the system overnight, and help your store get started the next day. We always recommend clients input their own product data for them to get familiarized with the system.

Our plans are for a year paid monthly or upfront for the entire year. Should you go with our year contract paid upfront, you will receive special discounts on your plan.

We strive to produce the best software that works for the cannabis industry. If for any reason you choose to stop using Greenline, we will not hold it against you, you’ll be able to cancel with a 30-day notice of cancellation, after the initial 1-year license term.
